Dr. Heathcote

Dr. George Heathcote first started thinking about becoming a chiropractor in high school when he was in a car accident and went to a chiropractor for a whiplash injury. He responded positively to the treatment for whiplash and noticed that his asthma symptoms disappeared. The chiropractic adjustments helped his body get in alignment to eliminate the need for asthma medications and he has been asthma free ever since. “This was my first introduction to the healing power of the human body; and Chiropractic’s ability to remove the blocks that allow the body to heal itself creating homeostasis.”
Since this introduction of chiropractic into his life, he received his degree from Los Angeles Chiropractic School (LACC) in California after completing his undergraduate degree in New Jersey. He received his certification in Applied Kinesiology while at LACC. While living in Chicago, he took the Diplomat Sports Medicine Training and received a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician from National College of Chiropractic. Dr. Heathcote has been a licensed chiropractor since 1989. Over this time, he has helped many people ranging in age from infant to 96. He successfully treats conditions including preventative care, sports injuries, extremity injuries, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, disc injuries, headaches, TMJ, shoulder injuries etc.
Besides his obvious passion for Chiropractic, Dr. Heathcote loves spending time with his family and his four very active children. He stays busy keeping up with their various activities and traveling to visit them. His oldest daughter became a licensed chiropractor in 2022 after attending Palmer College of Chiropractor in Port Orange, Florida. His third child is studying to be a chiropractor at National University in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Logan Jones

Doctor of Chiropractic, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician

Dr. Logan received chiropractic and soft tissue treatment while playing sports in high school when injuries got in the way of practicing and playing at his best. He saw the great benefit of chiropractic care and Active Release Techniques and decided to pursue a career in sports chiropractic. He loves to help others get back to doing what they love pain free and performing at their best. In addition to multiple Chiropractic Adjustment Techniques, he is proficient in Active Release Techniques, and Dry Needling. He also provides various scraping and myofascial cupping techniques. All of these techniques help to loosen/free up tight and restrictive tissues as well as bring more blood flow to the area to speed up healing. He loves providing “bang for your buck” rehabilitative exercises, which help to empower his patients to take control of their own recovery and also helps prevent future injury.

Dr. Logan likes to treat a variety of conditions including but not limited to: back pain, neck pain, nerve pain, muscle strains, knee, ankle, and shoulder sprains, arthritic joint pain, plantar fasciitis, and tendonitis issues such as golfer’s elbow and tennis elbow, as well as hamstring and Achilles tendonitis. He has treated all sorts of patients, from very active patients including professional USA Track and Field Women’s Athletes, Collegiate Athletes, high school and grade school athletes, as well as weekend warriors and those who do not enjoy being active but simply want to feel good and get back to doing what they love without discomfort.

Dr. Logan grew up locally in Aurora and met his wife, who is from Solon, at CVCA where they attended high school together. He received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Kent State University and received his Doctorate in Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. Since then he has continued his education to bring the best and latest knowledge including a concussion course and obtaining his Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician certification. He and his wife reside with their daughter in Northfield, Ohio. When he is not taking care of patients he loves to spend time with his wife and daughter as well as friends, family, and his church.
